They came out to our house first to see our unique vehicle for a windshield replacement. They told us that they had to special order the windshield and to bring the vehicle to their office because the windshield frame was specialized and would need to be done in their shop.

Innova replaced the windshield on our CR-V. They were super quick to reply to my request for a quote and then an appointment. As soon as I arrived at the shop, they looked at the vehicle and confirmed the details of what needed to be done, promising to be done in an hour-and-a-half or two. I chose to stay in the comfortable waiting area with couches, magazines, a tv, coffee, and tea. Then 70min after my arrival, they were already finished.

I brought my car here to have the windshield replaced. A day after the install, I noticed scratches on the hood and on the roof where they had taken off a satellite antenna. As you can see in the attached pictures, the scratches are large, deep, and the rest of the vehicle's paint is in like-new condition.

I have not even dropped the car off yet and the owner is being more than polite and making replacing this windshield a very pleasant experience, this a warranty job which always seem to be more painful than needed. It seem this type of work ethics and pride in business ownership is lost on many these days and I just want to start by saying how impressed I am with the treatment I have been given thus far. I will add pictures and follow up later. Well done guys!! I would recommend to anyone as of right now.

It was a great experience. Got in and out just in 10 to 12 mins, service was amazing. Had a chip about quarter size and hard to find where was it after the fix. Only good thing I did was got into the store within an hour I had the chip, he said that was smart move, saved the windshield to get further cracks and helped to fix easily as there is no dust or moisture entered into it!

I asked for a quote on Yelp and picked Innova based on price, location and reviews. I was promptly greeted and the entire process of a windshield replacement was covered with me. The price was very good and so I was a little concerned but everything worked out well. I was impressed with the installer. He did a great job and was punctual. I had had a problem with a previous replacement where the installer had broken the clips and trim attachments. I suspect this is a common problem as this car also had the trim attachments broken from a previous replacement.

I picked this company based on the preponderance of good reviews. Things seemed alright in the beginning--until I removed the tape after three days. Not only were there gaps where adhesive should have been but the windshield was installed slightly crooked. There was squeaking and creaking...until that first rock hit the glass...it hit on the top right hand side and the crack raced from one side to the other--clearly, the glass was stressed due to improper installation. There was also all sorts of debris in the defrost vents, some of which blew out the first time I hit the defroster.
