I have worked for garden city realty seasonally cleaning rooms at the Surf Master. The management here truly values their employees and is a pleasure to work for! They make sure all of their rooms are in tip top shape for all of their occupants. Would definitely recommend staying at any of their properties!

GCR is an amazing company to work for! I’ve had the pleasure of working there for two summers now. They’re so flexible and management is nothing short of amazing. I see not only how wonderfully they treat their guests, but the employees as well which is a rare find these days. I worked there this summer while pregnant (my choice) and they were so accommodating and made sure to check in on me multiple times. Every time someone has issues with a unit, they’re quick to jump on it and take care of the situation. I highly recommend grabbing up some work with them next

Garden City is a great company to work with. I love that they text you when the rentals are ready. All the places we have rented have been very clean. The fact that we do not have to pay extra for linens is great. I switched to Garden City Realty a few years ago, after a terrible customer service experience with Surfside Realty. I have not been disappointed and will continue to use Garden City Realty for our beach vacations.

We usually use a different realtor for booking our vacation home in Surfside Beach but no more. We were impressed with the customer service and cleanliness of our unit (I had dropped my mascara in the bedroom and it rolled under the bed. There is a sign under the bed that read "Yes, we clean under here too". I laughed but honestly, that sealed the deal for me!) and will definitely rent from them again. We stayed in Floral Villa 2 and would highly recommend. The pool was lovely, the house is beautifully decorated and is right across the street from the beach. We had friendly neighbors and overall

I’ve been using Garden City Realty for years now! They have always taken great care of us on every trip. Drew McElveen from the Surf Master building helped us greatly years ago and that solidified our loyalty to them.
You won’t be disappointed with their service and stellar attitude! They also have some of the better rates and do not fee you to death like other companies around.

People were impatient that their check in wasn't ready right at 4, although we received emails that check in could be as late as 5-7. However our place was ready around 2pm luckily! Wasn't told the washer wasn't working until we got there so that was a little frustrating but they did reimburse us for needing to go the laundromat. Our house was very clean upon arrival and we'll equipped with everything we needed.

I am a teacher working for GCR over the summer. It has been a great work experience. Communication is exceptional and they are flexible when given advance notice. I have loved having the opportunity to make extra money over the summer while working alongside my son. Due to their high expectations, I always recommend their properties to my family when they are in town.

We arrived early and condo wasn't quite ready. Garden city realty provided us with parking passes and allowed us to enjoy the pool while we waited. Everyone was happy. In the past we used a different realty and they wouldnt allow us near the property and were very rude. Garden City was kind and pleasant. Exactly what tired travelers needed!
