Goodcare AtHome Rehab offers highly skilled and caring outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy to you, in the comfort of home. Our services are reimbursed by Medicare Part B and most other insurances and being 'homebound' is not required. We specialize in partnering with senior care communities to offer these services with the shared goal of helping their residents live their best life.

Services
Our company leads the way in providing a comprehensive and effective approach for all areas affecting a person's ability to function successfully in their home and community. We offer direct evaluation and treatment which is covered by Medicare B and most insurances, as well as, home and caregiver consultations, and our innovative Fit 2 Function Wellness program.
Kristy graduated from Graceland University in Lamoni, IA with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Wellness Program Management and Health & Physical Education. She worked for 5 years as a certified personal trainer and manager and then returned to further her education. In 2010, she graduated from Des Moines University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

We strive to help you achieve this goal with an emphasis on living safely and completing daily tasks as independently as possible. Assessment of your physical, cognitive, and sensory abilities that may place you at risk in managing your daily tasks at home. Home Accessibility Evaluations (inside and outside) with recommendations for accommodations or adaptations.

In fact, about 1/3 of the population 65 years old and older falls each year and that percentage increases with each year of age. In 2015, South Dakota ranked 3rd in the nation for fall related deaths, with over half of those deaths occurring at home.

I met with Kristin about 5 months ppd and she was amazing to work with. She was a wealth of knowledge ready to educate me and not just tell me what to do. All of the exercises she gave me to help were easy things I could do at home, and I trusted in the process. Kristin was available anytime for questions and got back to me in a timely manner.
