I emailed this shop to get a quote on my vehicle. They got back with me and asked for some more info, which I provided. Then, I never got a reply back so I waited a couple weeks and sent a follow up email, which never got a reply either... so then I thought I'd try calling, which also warranted no response. I was looking forward to working with these guys but I can't recommend a place that won't communicate with you, so I give it 1 star.

Update: The window tinted agreed to redo the terrible job he did the first time, but ended up blowing me off on the day he was supposed to show up. I asked to reschedule 2 weekends later, but now he wont contact me back to reschedule.
DO NOT get windows tinted here
Original: Worst tint job EVER! Scratched both front car doors in the same exact spots. There are bubbles & Fibrous debris between my glass and the tint. This was on a brand new 2021 Subaru Outback that had under 500 miles on it. They did send me to a detailer to try to remove the door scratches, but approx 70% of the scratches

I had an appointment 2 weeks ago with the designer who didn't have a lap top to do the design while i was there. He said he would have the design to me by the end of the week and it didn't happen. I called and he said i would have it by the end of the week, again didn't happen . So 2 weeks later i call for the owner and he just got back from vacation and wasnt taking calls for a few days.. BIG JOKE. now after 3 weeks i have to find another company to do the work. RUN DONT WALK away from these guys

Graphix Gurus made my baby’s helmet (for his flat spot) into a Chicago Bears helmet. They were so kind for doing it for starters, but they also responded to my emails promptly, listened to what I wanted, and made sure they delivered me a premium product. The helmet has holes and buckles and straps-I looked at it for a solid 15 minutes and tried to figure out if they had disassembled it or not before they had wrapped it. It was flawless.

Can't tell you how much the gurus have helped my business. They are so talented and make you feel like your part of the family. When I came to Adam and Luke I gave them a little bit of an idea but then they blew my mind when they put their finishing guru touch on it. On top of all of that they are very veteran friendly and affordable.
