David Land began working in landscaping with his Texas Irrigator license during his college years at Texas A&M. He graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration Degree in 1979. In 1983, David moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to purchase Tulsa Landscape. Since then he has been the sole owner and operator.
We are Tulsa's premiere Design-Build firm for 60 years. What does that mean exactly? Design-Build is the best of the best. We focus first on design with keen attention to wants, needs, and budget. Secondly, the build portion is completed by experienced craftsman to ensure the best outcome. Our professionals will meet with you one-on-one to discuss your ideas and come up with a visual game plan to execute your project.
One of our staff measures your property, shoots grades if needed, and prepares a base drawing (existing features) of your property. 4. We meet with you to determine your style and offer general suggestions (usually at our office so you can see products and materials). 6. Concepts are reviewed with you and we begin final plans with a fixed cost proposal.
Good design doesn't just happen. A great design must be well thought out and coordinated. Primarily, it must fulfill a client's desires, but it must also exist in harmony with physical and environmental conditions presented by the property that is to be transformed. A considerable amount of detail goes into the creation of a great landscape design.
Arbors or Pergolas are a great accent feature to include into your outdoor space. An arbor is perfect for a sitting area in your backyard or covering over your outdoor kitchen. Weather covering can be added to the roof to create additional protection (both UV shading & Clear). Lighting can also be included to illuminate the area at night-time.

I have known David Land and his company for 25 years, he is very professional, educated and customer service oriented. I am happy with the price and the installation. They even followed up when I was having pressure problems and properly diagnosed the issue as a City / meter problem - not an irrigation system problem.
Having said that, their customer service since has been terrible. Several calls, emails took forever to get a response. Currently, text, email and phone requesting a service call have received no response.
This lack of communication is aggravating and delaying other projects I have planned so I am through with these guys for any level of service.

I was desperate to get my landscape lighting repaired. After 20 years, it had died, front and back.
DL & his son showed up to peruse and provide an estimate. We had a nice conversation. Mostly he (they) bragged about their ever-so-wealthy clients; my old neighbors. He'd worked big jobs w/ MY architect. Good. It is a small world, trust me on that.
Yea, never got back to me.
I was going to let this one go; not worth my time to review.
But now, 6+ later, I rec'd the attached (photo).
