I have used Graemouse several times for both work and personal computer issues. The first time I used Graemouse, PJ was able to recover all the data from a severely damaged hardrive. It was a lifesaver. He has repaired my desktop and my wife's laptop a couple times allowing us to save on buying machines. At work, he has upgraded or repaired old machines and installed new machines. He also does scheduled maintenance to make sure everything is running tip top. Graemouse is reasonably priced and great to work with. Thanks!

I dropped my computer off 2 weeks ago with a list of deficiencies. He told me that it should only take a couple of days to get me an estimate. Two days later I called and no answer and no call back. On day five he texts me after i messaged him and tells me he's still looking at it and that he'd be done by the evening. I recieved no call back and so i waited until day 8 to contact him again. He told me the price to fix it and that it would be done by saturday (day 10). I said OK and asked what was wrong with it. He tells me that he's not in the office and that he would have to look back at his notes
