At 6:00 PM a customer in Inglewood, CO must have 87 computer systems removed from a building in New Haven, CT before midnight. The building is under renovation and the elevators are turned off. The customer called MML Special Services. The computers were de-installed, walked down five flights of stairs, blanket wrapped and transported to the customer's warehouse.

A "premier delivery service" should know not to leave a large order at the end of the driveway when it is about to downpour. If you advertise "front door drop off/first available safe and dry area" why is the truck driver going to argue with me that they're leaving my dresser in the driveway while we stand under black clouds.. Sorry if the steps up to the covered front porch is inconvenient for you, but your job is to deliver it like you advertise NOT argue with the customer.

Bottom line the worst transportation and distribution company in the state. If it's your job as a transportation company to deliver goods, Multi-Mode has failed. From the woman picking up the phone at the warehouse to the driver and deliverymen; negative attitudes are something they do not lack. Deliverymen refused to bring furniture into our home even though we ordered service that required them to. Their only job was to bring the piece of furniture inside and they flat out refused. Poor communication skills, wont call you back or call you to reschedule appointment. Fire all of your staff and
