Services
Please note that our Office hours are when we are in the office and our Business hours are the hours we are available to attend events. If you call or email us outside of our Office hours, please allow up to 24 - 48 office hours for us to get back with you. Please provide us with any other important event information such as: "Age of birthday child" or "Approximate number of attendees."
Had a fantastic experience with booking the Snow Queen for a Birthday party! The whole party was talking about how professional, kind, & how great she was with the kids! She stayed in character the whole time & the kids adored her! We loved the fun games & she kept the party moving so smoothly! Will definitely book again in the future!.

I got to work with Magical Moments this past weekend and I was stunned. We hired them to be part of a cast for an event in Des Moines and i can’t speak highly enough of them. From the costumes, promptness, easy going attitudes, and hard working attitudes during a very long day with thousands of guests, to say I was over the moon and incredibly grateful truly isn’t enough. Jorie, the owner is an absolute gem to work with and I’m very glad we used Magical Moments to love on kiddos at the Zoo!

We had Rapunzel at my daughters birthday and we met a lot more characters at a princess ball. The princesses are amazing! They are patient, kind, inclusive, and made both days so special for everyone. I can not put into words amazing these princesses are. I will never hire anyone else. Thank you guys for bringing the magic to life for my Rapunzel loving daughter!

They do a fantastic job! They know the characters well and the kids love them! My daughter and her friends had a blast! I talked to Jorie through the whole process and she was even the one who played the character we ordered (Ariel). I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to do this for a party or event!
