We LOVE OSIV! I have one son who is about half way through his Invisalign treatment and another who is just beginning with his expander. The office itself is beautiful but Dr. Justin and his team are fantastic. As a mom, my favorite thing about it is that they talked to my kids the whole time. This was not our experience at any of the other practices we visited. They made sure that my children we comfortable and understood what was going on rather than speaking over them just to me, as if they weren't even there. Highly recommend!

We definitely recommend OSIV. As soon as we walked into the office we knew this was the right place for us! The entire staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with the treatment plan Dr. Justin proposed and our questions have always been answered. OSIV makes their patients feel like family!

My daughter received treatment through this practice and her teeth turned out beautifully. The staff and Dr. Justin are amazing. So friendly and they take their time and explain processes. I also am receiving treatment now (braces) and am VERY happy with the progress. I hated my smile my entire life and already I’m happier to show it off in photos. I had my consult for my other daughter yesterday and we are all set to start the braces process on her. So quick and easy. I give Orthodontist Specialist of IV five stars!!!

Professional doctor, yet relatable, humble, connected to the community. I feel that the type of staff you have says alot about the boss. Dr. Silvestre has a great team working along side him. Just had consult for both of my kids. Amazing warm and friendly atmosphere from the minute you walk in. Everything was explained in detail and great communication, also flexible payment options. They made both of my kids feel comfortable and eased any fears they had. They were able to do both sets of braces same day!! I am so happy I found them. I seriously cannot say enough good things. 5 stars times 100 🙂

Just left my son's first consult. Fun and family feeling from the time we walked in until the time we left!! Lots of laughs when I expected tears. Gina answered all my questions about insurance and payment options. Dr. Justin really took my concerns into consideration when discussing possible treatment options. Cannot wait to start our treatments just to go and visit!!! Highly recommended for anyone with or without hesitation about orthodontics!!
