It is always a very pleasant experience going to Rock Ridge. The prescription is filed quickly and if you have a question the staff takes time to help you understand. The pharmacist Crystal was extremely helpful when I called looking for an orphan drug that is almost impossible to find. No other pharmacy has been able to answer all of my questions.

I always appreciated the pharmacist and staff at Rock Ridge pharmacy over the years. They always update with the times and yet keep their kind and caring demeanor. The Covid booster was processed on line, short wait to check in for the injection, relatively no wait to get the injection. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful Covid Vaccine site location.

Super efficient! Friendly staff! Very clean. They were great with me (I got the booster) and my 5 year old daughter who was afraid to get her first COVID vaccine. She was happy it was quick n didn't cry. The nice lady (forgot her name) that gave us the shots was great with kids. Everyone there was really nice. My prescription was ready then too. I definitely recommend this pharmacy!

I and my spouse had a scheduled appointment for Booster Dose today afternoon at Rockridge Pharmacy. We stood in the que for about 30 minutes. When our turn came, requisite papers were checked and were administered the Booster Dose- all inside 10 minutes. We left the venue quite impressed with the professional attitude displayed by the team at this Pharmacy.

My wife and I came in for our booster shot, having made appointments online. Things moved so smoothly and easily once it was our turn. It was my first time in the store. It’s full of a lot of great little gifts items as well. And tons of greeting cards. What a fun little treasure to discover just down the road. CVS has nothing on this gem.

I made my appointment for my booster vaccine online on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment on Saturday. When I got to the store there was quite a long line but sure enough it moved quickly and from beginning to end I was there 1/2 hour. That included the 15 minutes I had to wait after receiving my vaccine. They have the system working like a well oiled machine. Good job Rock Ridge!
