I'm truly astounded. At first Adam seemed like a nice, genuine person who was determined to fix my roof I had paid him to do. He recommended installing an entire new roof to address the leaking and once he was done with the job, he quickly insisted on picking up his check the day after the roof was completed. However, the next few days it rained, the leak was still there and in fact, it had gotten worse. We let him know the leaking persisted and he promised he would fix the problem. We've reached out a number of times and at first received responses like "too busy" or "
