With degrees and certifications in International Business and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration, Robert Condit is extremely knowledgeable in the restoration field.

The bad reviews are true. This company exaggerates damages and encourages their customers to commit insurance fraud. I had a small leak in my home the rep Que came and told me my floors would need to be pulled up and if I didn't, there would be mold and water damage underneath. There was no bubbling or visible damage to my floors. He also told me if I wanted, I could ask the insurance to replace my entire downstairs flooring. When the second rep arrived she told me I should have the insurance cover my floors because if I wanted my floors redone later I would have to come out of pocket and pay for

Having a flood or water damage in your home is never fun but Q and his team made the awful experience as easy as it could be. Q was extremely responsive/knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about the process, insurance, timing, etc.
They always gave me a call beforehand letting me know when they’d be at my house each day. Cannot say enough good things about Floodmasters. When you’re in an unfortunate situation, it makes things a little easier having good people helping who know what they’re doing. Thank you Q and team!

Excellent service! Nick responded quickly to assess the damage, explained the process and answered my questions. The next day Luke and Dustin quickly prepared the area and set up the drying equipment. After a few days, Michael and Melissa determined the flooded areas were now dry, removed the equipment and cleaned up. Thank you!

They were responsive and very fast to come out and take care of the water that leaked into home from a burst water heater. Q came out to assess the same day we called the plumber and was professional while walking us through the insurance process step-by-step. It was very easy and organized. ASK Q ABOUT HIS BRIEFCASE! My bathroom flooded from a loose pipe. Floodmasters arrived quickly and immediately stopped the leak and began drying the mess. Unfortunately (or fortunately) the existing flooring couldn't be saved. They fixed the problem, dried the mess, and rebuild the damaged parts so that it looked even better than before.
I recommended them later to my Mother for her flooded basement (2 bedrooms/2 baths, +den) It was covered ankle deep from a pipe bursting while she was out of town. Again, fast response and the bottom line that the results were better than new.... they even checked for mold.
