After posting my one-star review, I was contacted by Mr. Gordon Gendron Sr. Who emailed me a heart felt apology for the misunderstanding and even offered to help me with the repair to my wife's engagement ring! Friendly, family owned and operated business. Had a gold chain resized here with no issues and completion as promised! Was able to use the portion cut from my chain as a small payment towards repair services which i found awesome!! Reasonable pricing and hassle free environment are what will bring me back for sure!

I was looking to purchase some name- brand tools; I Went to Gendron's first because they were the closest to home. Even though their prices were good, I decided to shop around. I visited Several stores as far away as Attelboro, but to no avail--Gendron's was consistently lower than each competitor. Save yourself time and money, shop at Gendron's. I am satisfied with my purchase, you will be too.
