From the time you first visit one of our Model Home Centers, you begin to see how we put a premium on quality in every step of building a custom home. That includes designing a custom floorplan to best fit the needs of your lifestyle. We also help you find the right home designs for your dream home, using the brands you trust, such as Merillat, Andersen, Moen and Mohawk.
How do we do that? We start with our own Energy Strength Spray Foam Insulation that keeps the outside elements outside and secures your new home with clean air and added structural strength. We also use top-brand and energy-efficient windows, water conservation faucets, toilets and water heaters, heating and air conditioning equipment and building with tight construction and ducts.
Our New Home Consultant will welcome you and find out what is most important to you, your family, and your lifestyle. You will be introduced to our showcase of floor plans and be invited to walk through our model homes where you'll be shown the features and quality that goes into each new home. Building a new home is one of the largest investments you will ever make.
We recognize that not every person, family or lifestyle is the same. That's why we use our Lifestyle Living Philosophy with every new home we design, from the original floorplan through the customizing of that floorplan.
