Dr. McWilliams was so kind and funny too. He has helped my kitty feel much better. I really appreciate him calling me back every time I had a question or gave him an update. He was genuinely invested in how my pet was feeling and making sure we were doing the right things to make him well.

I received an email saying my dog needed to have her shots. I made the appointment through the email explanation. When I got there they said I had no appointment. I tried to explain the situation when the woman told me I had made a mistake. The conversation got heated and she asked me to leave. I went outside and found my confirmation of my appointment so I went back in to show it to her. I ask for an apology. She not only didn't apologize she refused to acknowledge they was a problem. I stayed home from taking a trip today to make this appointment. She is the rudest person. She should not be allowed

I had a very unpleasant experience with a receptionist at this office. So much so that we decided to go with another veterinarian and office all together. It is quite unfortunate because the doctor was an enormous help to our cat and the office is very conveniently located for us. We absolutely undoubtedly would have returned to see the doctor here if not for the blatant rudeness of this particular employee who I will not name publicly because I’d like to show her the decency I would have liked to have received on the phone that day. Very poor customer care. Do not recommend.

Took my dog to this office awhile back. We waited and waited about an hour past his appointment. There was some drama going on behind the desk between the employees. I almost left, afraid that my baby wasn’t going to get good care at this place. But then we were finally called back, the vet was great, very personable. But I have no intentions of going back.
