Nina was so great. I did a walk in, no appointment. I had my acrylic nails filled and gel polish applied over top. The nails are perfectly shaped and smooth. There’s a tiny speck of gel polish on my skin on my middle finger, which will come off in a day or so. No big deal! She was professional but also very laid back. Will come back when I’m back in town!

I asked for this and I got that. I wasn’t satisfied with my nails at all. One they wanted me to pay and two he wanted a tip. Now I always tip but I don’t like it and he wouldn’t let me leave unless I have given him a $20 tip. I didn’t have any cash to give. He went to grab his phone so I could cashapp him but my phone was died so he wanted to request it so he came up with the idea to point me to the atm. He stood by the door unless I have given him a tip. This place is very unprofessional and I just won’t go back. I’m a bit disappointed because it’s a very nice place.

Needed to "refresh" a new set that I was not satisfied with from a different salon. Was recommended to try BOB. I was able to get a same day appt and was thoroughly satisfied with the service. I thought I was going to have to get a new set but Bob was like, "no new set". He worked his magic. I already made my next appt.

I've been going here for about 1.5 years. I used to see Sarah (young woman), she was great but left for school. Kathy is also amazing. Other than that, you're playing with fire. It's been mediocre up until a few days ago. I got a full set of acrylics from a lady named Megan, who made a few fingers bleed and the nails look horrible. They're THICK and not like the picture I tried to show her (natural looking french with thin black tips). I have never had a better nail experience, Liz really understood the assignment! She checked in with me the entire time, making sure I was happy with my shape and colors. Unfortunately, the receptionist was very rude, rolled her eyes and gave attitude for simply asking for change. Will be back, but will only deal with the nail technicians.

Kim, who only works on Sunday, is great. The other nail tech I saw on a Thursday did a terrible job. Nails were uneven and the color did not go all over the nail, you could see my Real nail underneath.
I'll only be going back to see Kim if I go back. Having a manicure done is expensive and I hate wasting money for them to turn out like trash.

This is my favorite place to go! I love how they always follow cleaning protocols, even before the pandemic. Everyone is always very nice and attentive. Pedicures is what I get the most and I just so love coming here because their work is amazing! I have also gotten gel manicures here and I must say that I love their services and everything is quality work!

I came in and requested a pedicure and a fill in.
They sat me in a broken chair and gave me a basic pedicure which cost over 60.00 not including 5.00 for gel polish. The square shape of my nails are the worst (I mean really who wear blocked square nails) and the fill in was another 60.00. They rushed through both services. I would not recommend this shop.

This over-priced place lives between not the absolute worst and aspiring to be mediocre. My SNS acrylic nails are the former. They are thick and the shape is weird and unflattering. On each hand, some of my nails look like paddle boards while others surfboards. More, my gel pedicure is the epitome of mediocrity.
Equally egregious, they nickel-and-dime you. As many reviewers have written, I will never go to this place again!

Would not recommend. Would NEVER come back!! I made an appointment through ClassPass. However, I was told only afterwards that the appointment was with another salon, same name, few feet away, just not with them. They didn't honor it and still made me pay. They didn't say anything when I showed my confirmation email before I was getting the manicure. And the manicure was totally rushed. The color was not even. I could do a better job than them. Would NEVER come back.

This use to be my go to, but I got a new tech last night and he substituted colors different than the SNS I picked, cut two cuticles (still some blood on one finger) and there's a speck of red color powder on one nail.
Very disappointed and don't think I'll go back unless I'm guaranteed my usual techs. experience seems to really vary based on who you get so be specific when booking.

The technician I had was Lan. She was FANTASTIC! I had a lavender pedicure ($60) and upgraded to add paraffin wax ($12). That's twice what I usually pay for a pedicure and it was worth every penny. I decided to check out this nail salon because it was conveniently located and was not disappointed. All staff members had their masks on and there was plexiglass between the nail tech and I when I was getting my nails done. The place was very clean and sanitized. During my pedicure, my nail tech took her time and gave me a great massage. The prices weren't bad either. I paid a total of $53 for a mani/pedi. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back.

UPDATE: two weeks later and you can tell how the tech's not painting the base coat the entire nail looks now. They probably do it that way to save on supplies and because unlike a normal sns done right, these are going to fall off cause the color coats on top are only partially secured to the bottom coat on the inner part of the nail. And I've not heard from the business about my experience. $55 for this...

I went in to get an overlay and regular polish not even 2 days ago. My nails were poorly serviced and I was over charged initially until I advised the manager that that wasn’t the service I requested. The nail tech then got upset stating that well I can file the gel polish off and do something over after I’d been there for an hour already. I will never go back to this nail salon, I had initially heard great reviews but clearly I picked the wrong technician. I also raised concerns about applying an “tip” my my already damaged nail and it’s already causing me issues. I was so disappointed

Ive never seen a nail establishment with so many technicians but clearly they know what they are doing because it was pretty packed for a Monday at 1 pm. It is a little off putting at first, feels like a factory but thats how long waits are prevented...especially since I was a walk in and was seated right away.

Great service! 1st time coming here with my bff and they are amazing! My technician was great I didn't catch his name but he was great very precise and I didn't get hurt at all like at another nail place. Price was reasonable and he was mad wicked in a good way. Also didn't even have an appointment and we were attended in a well timely manner.
