Your money is better spent at any other law firm, other than Kinard & Jones. The front desk and lawyers alike are the snobbiest group of unprofessionals in Columbia. They are very unresponsive, either glued to their phone screens inside or chain-smoking cigarettes outside; completely disinterested in helping anyone.

Ashby Jones and her team were extremely professional, responsive, and caring during my case. Anytime I called or emailed, I received answers right away. Mrs. Jones knew money would be an issue for my case. She helped me maximize her time and knowledge, and showed me how I could use her team to get the best bang for my buck, yet not break the bank. Bob Jackman was my divorce attorney from this law firm. Bob seemed to be more eager to just settle, he never attempted to get husband financials to get an accurate account for child support, nor did he try to get my ex to refinance the vehicle that was in both of our names to his name only. His only response was banks aren't refinancing cars anymore? But I had to refinance my home to remove his name from the deed but the same can't be done for me to remove my name from a vehicle I don't drive. Now I have to deal with making missed payments for a vehicle I don't drive while caring for three kids

I called to get some information for a family court lawyer ASAP. I asked to speak to one of the lawyers directly and the lady at the front desk would not allow me to speak to them. I have called since 5 other lawyers offices and was able to speak to the lawyer directly and the front desk took my number down and had the lawyer call me directly. This is unprofessional of the company in my opinion.

If you want a lawyer who you have to email and call numerous times to get answers to questions that should have be given with out having to ask for them and takes weeks to get a response....
If you want a lawyer who plays defense rather playing offense and tip toes around without being bull dog aggressive...
If you want a lawyer who makes you feel your case isn't as important as the others he's working on....
If you want a lawyer that will cause you to stress more about you case then you would without having legal counsel....
Then I highly recommend retaining Murry. He's wasted
