Had back taxes to do. Took them three weeks to even call me to tell me they were starting though I told them I was on a deadline (they missed). Did nothing to help me find any of the necessary paper work, didn't call me back even after I called and talked to the secretary three times, rude, didn't ask anything to try and get me tax breaks and charged me a RIDICULOUS price for doing HALF of the work. Called another place and they are fixing their screw up and getting my my full return. For a quarter of the price. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Do not recommend. Called to make an appointment to file my husband and I’s taxes. Was told I had to come in for the appointment, which was inconvenient, but fine. Then I had to submit all of our W-2’s prior to the appointment. Which again, was inconvenient but fine. Arrived for my appointment to only take 5 mins because she already had all of the info in the computer and was more worried about getting me out of there so she could have a smoke with her coworkers........ so it seemed like a total waste of my time. On top of it, she said it was $425 which was never disclosed prior to the appointment and is absolutely
