So, I don’t normally do things like this but I feel my voice needs to be heard. I purchased a package from amazon in July and upon receiving it, the item did not work. No problem! So we started a return process with amazon to get the package sent back and get my refund. As ~most~ amazon users know, there is a certain time frame window after the return process has been started where amazon must receive the package by a certain day, or your package isn’t eligible for refund.
