Spoke to a guy named Sergio that refused to give me a tour after hearing that my loved one was a double amputee. He said that he doesn't take people in wheel chairs yet while waiting in the facility I saw three people in wheelchairs. Not sure what the bias is at this facility but if you're looking for care I would skip this place. Sergio kept repeating the sentence that they don't take wheelchair bound tenants. And when I asked for clarification he just continued to repeat the sentence. I found him to be very short and rude. Almost seems like an unhappy employee. Horrible representative

Clearview has the kindest staff. They are family friendly and always helpful. When I return with my mother after a visit, they greet her and know her name. They work with patients to be as independent as possible by encouraging activities, and self care. They call every time there is a recommended change in medication or a new medical issue. My mother decided she wanted to write and direct a skit in the style of "Laugh In" from the 1970's. The recreation therapist worked with her to write a script that could be read by all of the "actors" at Clearview. They even gave her

I do mobile Ultrasound for these patients and I had to come on here and tell someone how wonderful the staff is. I accidentally went to station 1 and the girls there helped me to station 2 where I was greeted by even more helpful ladies. Everyone is always so willing to help and do what's needed for their patients to get this exam done. I've been here 3 times now and it's always the most kind environment. I visit around 30 locations and this was stands out so much I had to say something. Great job everyone. One of the nurses says it's her Gods gift. The care is something I wish

My sister, for whom I was conservator, was a patient of Clearview for ten years until she passed on in July of this year [2017], and I was constantly aware of the responsive, competent and extremely kind care she received. While there, her original diagnosis of bipolar was changed to include paranoid schizophrenia and dementia over time and there were times where she was difficult -- but in all cases, she was treated with
care, understanding and love. She felt safe there and I felt safe having her there -- sure she would have every help she needed. She especially loved that the food was so

My mom was diagnosed with dementia two years ago. Social workers would not let her go home without 24/7 care. I was living in a 1 br. apt with my husband and it was so small, we barely had enough room for ourselves. She was initially placed in a facility primarily designed for rehab but it was not locked and she liked to leave. Most of the time they were able to stop her before she got too far, but one day, she decided to push someone in a wheelchair and no one saw (or heard) her walk out the door (they had wrist bracelets that sounded an alarm but apparently the staff didn't catch on
