I recently had a consultation about a residential property and I needed help understanding my options. G3 sat with me and took time to research the zoning restrictions, wetlands, setbacks and possible uses. In the end they even called the county on a conference call to be verify our conclusions and gave me contact info to follow up with the county at a later time.
Someone could have just "checked the boxes" for me but I got personal attention beyond what I expected. G3 is a good local outfit offering detailed services at an affordable price. Highly recommend.
