I really appreciate the excellent customer service by James and the guys at Southwest Auto Wrecking. James was very prompt keeping me informed as the parts were pulled, packaged, and shipped. Having the details (including pics) of the vehicle from which I was getting vital parts (entire rear axle, in this case) was critical in my selection. The part and parent vehicle was described with care and professionalism. The person I dealt with knew his stuff (must be a professional mechanic). He walked me through the process, confirming what I was ordering was truly the exact replacement to my broken part. He also did the leg work to accommodate some specialized shipping requests.
