Attorney Frank McCabe grew up in the Wyoming Valley. He attended Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, graduating magna cum laude with a dual bachelor's degree in political science and English literature. He graduated from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington Delaware. After passing the Pennsylvania Bar Examination, Attorney McCabe was employed by the Luzerne County District Attorney's Office as an assistant district attorney.

Go somewheres else or better yet a public defender would do better. He did not Fight for my son just took his money . Know as a single mom I have to pay more to make sure my son has a fair case because this lawyer . Who knows when I will be able to hug him again .If there was a negative 0 that's what I would rate him.
