Just purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado LTZ with Glen at Lockhart Ford. Drove 4 hours north, the drive, vehicle, and experience was so worth it! Great purchasing experience with Lockhart Ford and with Bridgette (sales) and Dustin (service manager) in particular. In general, I'm not a fan of buying vehicles...it is a large purchase and carries a lot of stress more often than not. I had the pleasure of working with the "Coach" Glenn Rotzler and had a really good experience! Glenn was very personable and I really enjoyed the conversation throughout the process. It was really nice to work with a small town dealership, I knew what I wanted and they made the process quick and easy! I was being a very picky buyer. I knew a lot about the truck that I wanted (diesels are what I do for a living, specifically Powerstrokes). It had to be a very specific color exterior & interior (both rare) with under a certain amount of miles. Only 1 was available in the country. 1400 miles away (I live near Raleigh, NC). Made a phone call and Lavon picked up. Told him the situation, that I had no questions about the truck and asked if I could do the paperwork remotely. It was against company policy so my wife & I jumped on an airplane and headed to TX. Stayed at an awesome hotel he recommended

I am beyond grateful I decided to come back to my hometown to purchase a new vehicle. I was upside down on my previous car loan and they truly did everything they could to make sure I was getting the best deal for the position I was in! "Coach" Glen Rotzler even knew I had 2 kids and kept them in mind when finding the best vehicle for me. Rudy the finance manager was delightful and really had my back when talking with the lender. What a great experience, working with Bridgette from Lockhart Motor Company. We started our F250 truck search over the internet then we drove out to meet with Bridgette in person. This dealership is awesome and Bridgette was a pleasure to work with. The is the 1st dealership that we have visited with someone that has truck and towing experience. Bridgette Introduced us to Rudy and between the two of them we ended up buying the perfect F250. After writing my previous review Tim Clark General Manager contacted me directly. After meeting with him and his service manager Dustin today I must say that my faith in excellent customer service in this world has been restored. Tim and company not only took care of the issue but he took the time to explain and clearify the situation. In the market to buy a car. Told the woman salesperson how much I am willing to pay. She weddled info out of me under the guise of chit chat and looked up my credit absolutely without my permission. Then tried to sell me a car that cost thousands more than I was willing to pay but wouldn't tell me the price until I test drove it. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
