The first person I spoke with was Holly & she listened & set up a service call for the next day. She was very professional. The serviceman, Dee, arrived the next morning prompt, friendly & knowledgeable. The problem with the furnace was fixed the same day. I highly recommend SouthernAire.

Very nice company to do business with. The owner and I discussed about a new unit, we picked the specs that i wanted. When the unit was about to be installed he noticed it was not the correct specs. The owner made a few phone calls we went with a different unit company but the specs i wanted. So far the heat pump system is a week in and we are happy with it and the service we received from SouthernAire. My experience with them was good. Hopefully yours will be as well.
