Mom has been in 3 if these type places for rehab. We were MORTIFIED to be told she needed to be transferred here from the hospital. They are amazing. They are sweet, attentive, loving and patient with my momma. I rest easy knowing she is here. Clean and helpful staff. Especially love Ray in pt and Paula I believe she is an RN.

Genuinely caring and thoughtful. I felt like all of my Dad’s needs were met with happy hearts. Facilities always clean, great extracurricular activities. The only downfall is that there’s no internet access. For people isolated from family enough, not having internet makes it a little more isolated.

My Dad is well taken care of. Sadly, they don’t take care of his diabetic food needs; ie, customizing his diet to have less carbs and sugar. He also doesn’t have access to his own phone line and there’s no internet. So aside from being secluded physically by being in Vernal, he has no way to communicate with the outside world.
