I would not recommend this company. I am not sure if this company has changed management but the customer service has not been good. I have rented a bus in the past from this company and bus was clean and transaction process was seem less. This time, we called to schedule the same exact package and they gave a price that was double what we… previously paid. Question Jo Lynn if they have increased prices and she stated that there is no way we paid what we stated. Pulled contract after Jo Lynn asked since we said we could verify and she stated she would review and call back. It has now been

I surprised my wife with night out for dinner and downtown for her birthday. She thought we were getting an Uber...nope! Our driver was in the driveway waiting with the door opened and greeted her with "Happy birthday Mrs Taylor!" It was the start of an amazing night.
