I'm very pleased with the work and service provided by Quann. He arrived well within the time frame and I got numerous messages (text, calls, and e-mail) letting me know when to expect him. When he came he assessed the rooms and got right to work. The effects were noticeable immediately. His work included pre-treating and spot cleaning trouble spots. He honored his advertised price and even cleaned our extra large family room for no extra cost. I will definitely hire him again!

Concerns were expressed immediately prior to your employee leaving my house. I was told by your employee that I would be called by the owner. I do find it interesting that you are saying I should have called when your employee said just the opposite. I find it more intriguing that your employees are not aware of your 100% money back guarantee, of which I learned about today after the owner said I would no longer qualify for that based on leaving a bad review.
