Had a wreck in brand new car. Norris folks were personable and worked to get parts from manufacturer as quick as possible. Car looked brand new when picked up. They checked everything on the car before letting me know it was ready, even washed it. Super nice people.

Lack of communication, you get told a price then you get called and are told another price. When it’s time to pick the car up you get updated that the manufacturer doesn’t make the decals for the vehicle but for some reason it was decided that it was ok to install half of the decals and notify me afterwards Just a lack of communication but seemed like all they wanted was to get paid.

This is our second time using Norris paint & Bodyworx. I must say given the reasons we had to come they have both times lived beyond our expectations. 4 weeks after purchasing a brand new 2022 Toyota Camry I was pulled out in front of and the front of the vehicle was destroyed. We pulled out the handy dandy business card and James and his team has my baby brand spanking new. All the way down to the electronics and the pearly white paint. They nailed it!

A friend who works in the auto insurance industry recommended Norris Paint & Body after our car was involved in an accident. It’s hard to find honest people who do good work. We were very satisfied. They kept us up-to-date throughout the repair, they were always friendly and accommodating, and they explained things clearly. James and his team are amazing! He advised that he bought a new bumper instead of fixing old and worn out paint to save some money, and it looks brand new! I ask my friends to find where he repainted and matched to the original color, and none could find it. Definitely will be coming back to you guys in the future

Someone ran through a red light causing thousands of dollars in damage to the front of my Cadillac CT6 Hybrid Plug-In. This car has so many sensors and electronics, for emergency braking, night vision, lane departure.....I thought it would never be the same. Then I saw it. WOW!!!!

You can’t go wrong here! I’m so glad I was told about this place! I checked him out on Google upon first hearing about him and found he had over 100 5-star reviews so I dropped by to talk to him about fixing some “mistakes” I had made on my truck. He gladly checked out what I had done and promptly sent me an official quote for the repairs needed. He easily fit me into his busy schedule to complete the work a few weeks later. I just picked it up today and he went over everything he did on my truck. James is such a professional and his knowledge of the refinishing industry are top notch.
