My scheduled pick up appointment was on 9/29/21 between 8am - 10am, they did not show up until 6:15pm. No courtesy call or any compensation towards the bill after showing up 8+ hours late. The men came unprepared with no tools, I ended up borrowing the tools that they needed from my neighbor. Then, the truck already had someone else's furniture in it, so all of my furniture did not fit. 😡 They had to load 3 of my TVs in the back of my vehicle. We finally get to my new home, and the driver got stuck in my ditch and ruined my driveway. One of the movers also busted the bass drum of my drum set

Adam puts alot of people to work in the area. Alot of my friends and family have been employed with him. I used this service to pickup, store, and later deliver my great-grandmother's piano I inherited when I moved to a town an hour away. Punctuality has been a major issue both with pickup and delivery.
For delivery, I was scheduled a time between 3-5pm. I knew from the pickup time that I needed to call to check on my window. I was told of a slight delay because of weather which I understand completely. However, pickup time was also delayed by a few hours because of another issue. I called several times for both pickup and delivery to be told that the office needed to call the drivers to check on
