Master planned for three buildings totaling 650,000 SF with two 800 car parking structures. The first phase of the campus totaling 290,000 SF was designed from a programmatic driven interior. Rotwein+Blake seamlessly executed a new building that allows creativity and productivity to flourish.

Rotwein+Blake was tapped by Taylor Partners, LLC to design SwimQuest, a 10,000 SF aquatic center that provides children with an immersive experience that goes beyond swim instruction. Parents and their toddlers are treated to a sensory and tactile experience throughout.

The completion of Newmark's New Jersey headquarters expansion has positioned the firm for growth well into the next decade. Newmark challenged our design team to create a workplace that would result in a cultural shift to enhance a sense of wellbeing and cultivate an atmosphere conducive to personal interactions.
After nearly a decade of having worked with Cole Schotz P.C. on their previous Hackensack renovation, R+B was tapped once again to revive the firm's New Jersey location. The driving force behind the refresh was twofold: renewing their lease and creating an environment with the same aesthetic standard as their New York office.
