Our diverse and non-judgmental team of practitioners understand you may feel hopeless and/or uncertain about your future, sick of feeling tired or anxious, or struggling to figure out what's wrong or how to change by yourself.
Whether you work with a practitioner individually, in a group setting or within an educational / webinar setting, our work begins with empathetic listening, establishing a comfortable rapport and then, over time, earning your trust.

All of our services at Flourish take a whole-body approach to mental health and embrace the the sacred ground of trust and connection between you and your therapist or nutritionist. We respect this ground by cultivating a trusted connection through giving compassion, empathy and support. Our intention is for you to feel valued, acknowledged and in connection without feeling judged.
Currently we do not have any therapists who are 'in-network' with some health insurance providers. If you need to use insurance, call your provider and ask if you receive any 'out-of-network' (OON) reimbursement. If you do have some OON coverage, we will provide you with a 'superbill' that will have all your insurance provider needs to process reimbursement or application towards your deductible.
Meditation is free and tons of research shows significant improvements in cognition, memory, emotional regulation and decreases in stress. The number of mindfulness studies have experienced a surge in the last 20 years-in 1999 there was hardly any scientific research in the field. Mindfulness meditation is now regarded as an effective, evidence-based treatment that can improve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.

The structured 6-week program was designed to help you adapt new nutrition and lifestyle habits that are appropriate for you and can increase mental clarity and energy as well as helping you achieve restful sleep and a balanced mood.

Our leading-edge, tech company is filled with high performers and high expectations but as an organization we also have a strong commitment to employee wellbeing and mental health. In partnership with our wellness program we invited Cyndi Collen, LCSW-S,CMHIMP to provide a company-wide session on mindfulness fundamentals with 4 additional workshop sessions to take a smaller group on a deeper dive into mindfulness and nutrition. Fantastic uplifting lifesaving mindfulness—I learned so much, and so quickly. Practical information and techniques that I used immediately to improve my life. For instance, I used a newly learned breathing technique to calm my racing heart in the middle of the night. Excellent information about fight or flight has helped me tremendously, and I thought I already knew a lot! And Cyndi Collen is the perfect practitioner to convey this information, using real life examples. Highly recommended.
