I couldn't imagine having a smoother home selling experience with anyone other than Jody. As a first time home seller he was there without hesitation to answer questions at any time day or night. He is a true professional. Jody Holloway went above and beyond the call of duty for us. He was available at all hours, including one evening at ten o clock when I accidentally locked myself out of the house we were selling.
Jodi is a fantastic realtor! She was willing to show us any house that we requested to see. She always made time for us and most importantly, she pushed our financing along when the lender gave us the run around. I can't say enough great things about her! I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a new home!
Terry was always responsive and his company was also helpful with the cost and the needs for buying a house that we didn't think of! They were all very helpful and attentive to my needs. Terry was, to put it simply, the perfect agent. Longsuffering and patient, full of information and always pleasant to be around.
Rose was awesome. She was very patient and persistent in helping us find the right house to make our new home. It took a little over a year as the market has been tricky, but when it came time to sell our home, she worked her tail off and coordinated a ton of showings as there was a lot of interest in our home.

20 years later and I'm writing a review. Me and my wife moved from Garrett Indiana to Markel. Then from Markel to Auburn Indiana and now 20 years later I'm moving again. Jody is by far the best realtor that we have had. Smoothest transition we have ever had buying and selling a house was with Jody. Good to see you're still doing what you was meant to do.
