From the minute we walked into kIA Delray, we were treated with kindness and respect. With the purpose of closing out our lease, they listened to our wants and did not try to talk us into trading in on a new vehicle, as our original dealer did. They also did not add on any extra fees as did our original dealer. I will definitely use KIA Delray for all future dealings!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Kia Delray. We were in the market for a telluride and after a couple failed attempts at other dealerships, we were able to buy one from Kia Delray. They had the most reasonable prices compared to other Kia dealerships, and the customer service was really great. Our sales rep Cesar was very helpful and knowledgeable on the car. And our finance rep Andy was amazing! He was able to lower our rate even more than the initial (best) rate they gave us. Really appreciated all the staff at Kia Delray.

Derek was my salesperson and was very respectful. He helped me put the down-payment on the brand new Kia so that it was mine when it arrived. The experience here was so much better than any other I’ve had in a dealership. Everyone was cordial and knowledgeable. Juliet helped me with my purchase and she was amazing. She was always real with me and never pressured me into anything, she listened to what I wanted and needed and was able to make it happen. For me up to this point car buying was filled with dread/stress/apprehension/frustration which I found at two other Kia dealers and with their sales team but, my experience at Kia Delray was a "breath of fresh air."

I've got a car 4 months ago the 1st time I called for an oil change they told me a week and a 1/2 for an appointment today my battery's dead I called she wouldn't even connect me to service without asking a million questions I will never spend another nickel in this dealership and I suggest if you need something don't trust them once they saw you the car they could care less if you're indeed buyer beware this dealership sucks

I met Cesar at the end of August and found the car I wanted wasn't available but coming in. He get me posted and on 10/8 called to tell me it had arrived.
He went over all the features and how they worked. Also called the next day to check on me and the car.
Also the next day, I got a call from one of the Sales managers, inquiring about the car. Got several emails from the service manager with his contract information.

This dealership and Kia itself are a complete joke. From day one I was ripped off on my deal. I have 6 months left on my lease. I want to turn it in to another dealership. One person says I can and one person says I can't. One said you have to turn it in here cause we want you to get another Kia. No chance. I asked to speak to a manager and they are always too busy. All I want to do is trade in my car at a non Kia dealership. That should not be so hard to do. Be warned and never ever do business here or with any other Kia dealership.

When I returned recently with a friend to buy, Ivan was out and the experience was not the same! Tried to get my oil changed at two different locations & was told that they "pretty much operate by appointment only now" then walked away as he told me I could drive around the building if I'd like. Would not even accommodate or set an appointment for later that day. The worst customer service skills I've ever experienced & flat out rude for no reason. Called them about stinger. Sales consultant and Sales Manager was very nice gave me quote over phone. When i went to pick up car the finance department would not stand by the deal. Wanted an addtional $500.00 Also they told me that salesmanger had to Ok if i didn;t buy andy additional products. Nice people on floor but finance department not truthful. WIll never go back there. NOt even for my free oil change. If it truly is going to be free.
