In 2012, Ben Brashen had the idea to create a personalized app to help him in his mortgage business. After finding much success with his app (and a ton of interest from fellow mortgage brokers who wanted similar apps for themselves!) CardTapp was born, with the help of fellow founders Ryan Leopold and Dustin Swisstack.

CardTapp is becoming one of my number one lead generating and lead tracking platforms/resources I have today! I will admit, I was not being active on it and getting my referral sources involved. So I changed that mindset and making sure I get it to each and every referral partner I know. I'm noticing a great uptick in action and referrals due to this change of mindset!

Since getting the CardTapp App, the quality of my work has gone up significantly. I am a recruiter and as a recruiter I talk to and try to reach as many people as possible. For my borrowers just starting their quest to purchase a new home or for any person considering reducing their interest rate through a refinance, Card Tapp has been a great tool I can easily send to the borrower. Love that the borrower can play with the calculator and be able to apply for their new loan right through the App. Peter.

Just found out that CardTapp just started charging me a monthly fee on top of my regular annual charges. When asked they said they emailed me saying they added a feature that I was supposed to opt out of or start paying... I checked - no email ever received. They are now asking me to write a letter and mail it to headquarters, cuz they can't refund the fees without that. I this not a tech company? Now they want a mailed letter? Why so they can stall and pretend not to have received it? In the meantime I'm out hundreds of dollars. BTW you can probably get their product for free. Not worth it! to

Total frustration with this company.
1) Double charged me for the annual subscription at the start of the year, second charge is refunded in 5-10 business days.
2) Was automatically signed up for a upgrade service that I did not agree to for a monthly charge of $43.99. They will refund the $43.99 in 5-10 business days but will not refund a pro-rated portion of the year ahead subscription that i paid at the start of the year.
3) My customer service was terrible. Two phone call meetings missed as the person was working with other clients and it interfered with my consult time.

Buyer Beware! I wish I would have read the reviews before I signed up. Unfortunately I paid over $700.00 for a year of this app in advance. I then got charged an extra $45 with out prior consent and was never provided any explanation on why I was charged. I tried it for 3 months and it is definitely not for me, so I decided to cancel. They will not refund any portion of my payment! Asked to speak to a manager with no luck. This company will happily collect your money, then very poor customer service after the sale. Their "satisfaction guarantee" is a joke.

CardTapp has not only an amazing product but also amazing team of professionals backing it up! The app has been an awesome addition to my marketing strategy. It not only is a great tool for my clients (who love it!) but also it adds insight for me as it tracks clients - valuable information. This app makes me look like I have a handle on the newest technology which is important in my business. Then the staff is always helpful and takes the time to really help me get a handle on all that the app can really do for me/my business!
