KB Moonwalk has the absolute best customer service. I have rented from them every summer for almost 8 summers straight, never had any problems with any deliveries or products or customer service. This year we had rented a slide and got home and started to set it up and we ran into a problem the slide would blow up all the way. Granted this is at 10pm at night and we live an hour and half away from Livingston but we called them to let them know and they came out immediately and didn’t leave till after 1:30am and had exhausted every option possible to fix the slide. They went above and beyond to

Do not use this company, rented a slide for my kids party that would not hold water in the bottom pool area. After several calls and having an employee out to “fix” the problem, it never got resolved. I was all for giving this small town business a try but they failed in every department when it comes to doing their job.

I would not recommend this company at all. Everything about them was very unprofessional. The slide we rented for 24 hours was broken. When they came out to “fix it”, they basically just looked at it and said it was fixed. They tried to pick it up the next day at 6:00 in the morning. They didn’t even knock on the door, just walked into the backyard. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
