GK's passion for serving local communities and the hospitality industry prompted him to start "Reddy Management Group LLC" and "Reddy Hotels". As a first step towards chasing his passion and dreams, GK built his first property, a Holiday Inn Express in Planview which opened in the fall of 2001. From there onwards, GK never had to look back.

He went on and built multiple franchise brand hotels in Plainview, Childress, Wills Point, Chandler, Bonham. One of them includes his own brand of hotel, "Reddy Hotel" in Plainview. In addition to these ventures, GK has also built multi-family. Over the years following, GK has invested a surplus of time in gaining hospitality experience and has become knowledgeable as a general developer with extensive experience in site development.

Great front desk service. Lady is a teacher with a wonderful deposition. The room was clean and spacious. Overall, it was a nice stay with a reasonable price.

Quick to take your money. But service not up to par. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Beds with hair still on sheets. No extra towels after picking up previous ones. Bathrooms not clean. Just overall not a good experience. Thinking this would be a very clean establishment after it being from a reputable place and an owner who has multiple places under his name.

Will NOT stay here again. Room smelled like feet, they cleaned it but there was pee on the toilet when we walked in, loose tiles on the floor, and "short and curlies" in the bed. There was only 3 pillows and they didnt have any more so we had to buy some at walmart. The older lady was just rude, when we complained she said "so? And?"

The hotel is very clean and they have awesome customer service... The size of the room is good, its doesn't feel like you're squeezed in a tiny box... the environment is good and secured 😌

Staff was very helpful when the batteries on my room for died. And the late night receptionist was super nice! I can't spell her name without messing it up! Thanks guys the stay was great!

Pretty run down hotel by smaller highway, liquor store, and not much else. Dingy yellowed towels, worn carpets, stiff beds and lumpy overstuffed pillows. It'll do for a night's rest but recommend trying to find something else if you have the time.
