Took a week to show up for appointment, over 3 weeks later they still have not procured parts for repair and said it will be at least another week to get parts. I believe what they said were needed parts was 2 wiring harnesses and a speed controller. I got a competitor next day appointment and he fixed washer in 10 mins with no parts, just a loose plug.

Price gouge..$150 labor to be there for 15 min to replace a fuse. Appointment was set up day ahead for thursday morning. One mile from their shop.. This is outrageous. Someone is lining their own pockets because no legitimate business would charge those prices except maybe on a sunday emergency.. No quotes over the phone and they say they don't charge by the hour.. I guess they charge what they want at the moment. My suggestion, call someone else.
