I have been doing business with this office for years but my last few encounters have led me to no longer want to do business with them at all. When I initially started working with Kathy my experience was great. However, I have been assigned to numerous agents over the years, and the quality of service has gone down dramatically. In particular, Sal is the most incompetent individual I have EVER encountered at this office. He does not listen and does not read or follow through in a timely manner with customer inquiries or request. Once I called he made it appear as though he had been working on

Ms. Katie was very friendly and professional. She was able to provide and further explain what I’m getting myself into and if there’s an alternative, she’d tell me honestly. She also helped me out at very early hours of the day until everything’s figured out. Without her I would’ve just gone with which ever is available with little to no knowledge.

I had a wonderful experience working with Katie. She was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly! She was able to answer my questions in great detail and was very responsive to my inquiries. It was by far the best insurance buying experience I’ve had! Switching to State Farm is saving me over $400 a year and I’m receiving more coverage. We called to switch over renters insurance and had the pleasure of speaking with Katie. She is delightful!!! She went out of her way to check what else we could be saving money on and has helped me save more money than I thought possible on my car insurance. Usually when I call places to get quotes they try to get me to spend the most money but Katie really took her time to figure out what was going to work best for me and fit within my budget. She understood I needed a little bit of time to think about it and make sure I was making the right decision and I am so glad I decided to switch! The process

I have been with Kathy for many years. She runs an outstanding office. Recently, my teenager purchased a vehicle and Katie, who works for/with Kathy helped us through selection process by insurance costs etc. she completed the cycle after the purchase by sending a declarations page to the financial institution for us. I asked for my policies to be moved from this office to the State Farm office of Margie Williams and it took three weeks of communication only to end up with me doing it by myself. I spoke with Kathy directly and she said that she could move them. She couldn't. I spoke to a representative named William, and he said word-for-word "Aren't you able to do it online?" Kathy is easily one of the best agents I have worked with! Her firm was very understanding when I suspected that I was being scammed and helped me through that scary experience for me. This was the worst experiences I have ever had with any insurance agency ever! I am already an existing State Farm member and I thought it would be easy to get a quote from them...I was very, very wrong. My only request was to get a quote for insurance. 4 days later and talking with 4 different agents at Kathy Scott's office. I bought a health policy from this office when I lived in Jax back in '03. To the agent, I made it clear that I sought the most basic plan available.
Afterward, I discovered that State Farm offered a less costly, more barebones policy. I soon asked Ms. Scott why her agent did not offer this option. Her response was rapid, wordy, and did not address the question.

Kathy Scott's State Farm office, with whom I had done business for 14 years, screwed something up when I increased my renter's insurance policy with them last March - suddenly, payments which had gone through without incident (and without my notice, because automatic payment is what they want you to do) suddenly stopped being processed in June and my policy lapsed.
