New to chiropractic? Here's a quick guide on what to expect when you're coming into Pure Relief for the first time! Chiropractic is a medical treatment where an experienced chiropractor will make small changes to the alignment of your spine (an adjustment) that will help relieve pain or simply readjust the posture of your spine.
At Pure Relief Chiropractic, we know that true health comes from within and only through addressing the internal issues can the body function at its top potential. The benefits of chiropractic can be different for everyone. Chiropractic does not always treat any symptom specifically, but it does enable the body to function better as a whole.
I've been going to Dr. Murphy at Pure Relief Chiropractic for about 3-4 weeks now and have seen a drastic change in my alignment and posture! I went in initially with hamstring pain, Dr. Murphy was able to identify the issue that was causing this tightness. Naturally my body was a little sore the first.
Chiropractic is widely considered one of the safest methods to improve the functioning of the human body. Dr. Murphy takes pride in being able to go as conservatively or aggressively as the case and patient calls for. He takes the time to get to know your body and your comfort level. The first visit includes consultation/exam/xrays (if necessary) and the cost varies based on the insurance provider.

I was so misaligned and was in discomfort with my upper/lower back & neck area. I shared this w/my co-worker & he suggested I visit Pure Relief Chiropractor in our office bldg. I can honestly say it's the best decision.🙌 Dr. Murphy & his staff are extremely courteous, caring, helpful & very friendly. I highly recommend Pure Relief Chiropractor. I've had some back issues from work over the last few years but ever since I started visiting Dr. Murphy (and doing yoga) on a regular basis , my issues have diminished drastically. Dr. Murphy and the staff at Pure Relief are always kind, generous and friendly and I always feel relieved and uplifted after each of my visits. I highly recommend this place if you're having issues or are feeling curious about visiting a chiropractor for the first time. I'd give em more stars if I could!

Dr.Murphy and Dr. Mendez are the absolute best! I am grateful to both for the nurture & care they have done for my body. On top of Dr. Murphy’s chiropractic work, Dr. Mendez has completely changed how I feel; From a sports injury and car accident, I didn’t think my body would be close to 100% at all. With Dr.Mendez I no longer have severe headaches, neck pain, my lower back pain is minimal to non existent and I can go a 12hr shift on my feet and not go home in immense pain as done previously. I am thankful for my opportunity to be treated with this non-invasive technology.

I have been getting Chiropractic Care since 1980 and firmly believe it is the way to keep healthy. I met Dr. Nicholas Murphy before he opened Pure Relief Chiropractic and knew he was really a good hands-on Chiropractor and dedicated to helping his patients. When he adjusted me the first time, I actually told him that he was really good at what he does. He listens, and checks, and then adjust my spine, neck, wrists, feet, and knees as needed. In addition, the adjustments I get from him keep my blood pressure down and keeps me healthy and mobile so I can garden and take care of my grandkids. Thank

So glad I found Dr. Murphy, he has a lovely bedside manner and makes me feel very at ease during my treatments. I came to Pure Relief due to some severe neck pain and after the third treatment there has been significant improvement and less pain. Oh, did I mention the amazing sleep I had just after the first treatment? Don't know why I waited so long, but I'm here now! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient for me as it's on my way home and they have accommodated my schedule for each appointment and that is a huge plus. Looking forward to more treatments

I'm so glad I found Dr. Murphy and the team at Pure Relief. I'd been to several chiropractors after the one I'd seen for many years retired and I have to say Pure Relief has been above and beyond. Dr. Murphy is the absolute best.
I came in months ago with really bad back pain and a lot of tension. My spine has a rotation so I still have a long way to go but I have improved SO SO much! He is truly dedicated and will go above and beyond to find out what works for your particular case and won’t ever make you feel like there’s nothing that can be done which had been my experience for years before finding his practice. I highly recommend going to see him and the rest of the team!

Been coming here for a few months now and I’ve definitely made gains. I play dodgeball a few times a week and travel for tournaments, and it’s pretty rough on my 41-year old body. Dr. Murphy has definitely helped improve my flexibility in my spine, and my throws have gotten a lot better according to my teammates. Everyone here is very sweet including Nelly and Tess. I definitely recommend coming here as they are efficient and flexible too.
