Services
Our on-site pharmacy provides services to our clients that rival what any of the large chain pharmacies such as CVS, Walmart or Walgreens have to offer. Medical equipment that can be supplied to needy clients, depending on their insurance coverage, include nebulizer machines, blood pressure and blood sugar monitors, and home respiratory care machines.
Service is provided by Dr. Oyinkansola Jinadu, an independent specialist trained in non-invasive liposuction, fat redistribution and body sculpture. Body sculpting and other body enhancement procedures are now offered at the Charter Medical Center as part of the Weight loss experience for clients who are bothered by skin sagging and cellulite (lumps of fat under the skin) - after successful weight loss.
Oladele (Dele) Olusanya, MD offers one-on-one health care to men, women, and children in Dallas, Texas. At Charter Medical Center, his family medicine practice focuses on the prevention and treatment of chronic illnesses like diabetes, COPD, hypertension, and asthma. I am an NHS doctor, imagine how long ago I had my vaccines. I still can’t get them uploaded to NHS app as a covid pass.
Multiple emails, personal visit to surgery to show my vaccine card… None worked. I m from
Abroad and this affects my travel to see my family.
Apart from that they failed to put my medications on my record twice, even after their GP prescribing them to me!
What a managerial fail.
Left me desperate as a patient.
Lovely doctors as far as I have seen.
But the staffs disrespect to patients is too far.
I wish I have listened my colleagues and get registered to the other

The telephone service is great.
The experience speaking with doctors has been poor.
For three months I suffered from a gut bacteria that causes ulcers in my stomach. I phoned a few times to share what my symptoms are, each time spoken to a different doctor and I was never taken seriously. “Phone again if the symptoms get worse, take gaviscon, I’m not sure what it is”
Then finally a few weeks ago when I was feeling very unwell, I phoned again. The advanced nurse practitioner Kerrie answered. That lovely woman instantly knew what the problem was and asked for a sample to be sent to the lab

An outstanding Medical Centre - Especially during the pandemic.
I had a range of different issues and the staff were very responsive - and used many different methods to ensure diagnosis and treatment
Really impressive use of multiple different ways to communicate. Really impressed by the dedication and effective communications

Reception staff never seem to care about you and are rude, takes at least 20 minutes to get through to reception over the phone no matter what time of the day it is, the pharmacy staff are never organised and you always end up waiting another half hour after your appointment to get your prescription or when you go to pick your prescription at a different time you’re always kept waiting. Most recent experience, the receptionist sighed when I asked for an in person appointment over a telephone appointment.

Joined here in early 2020. All of the in-house Dr's I've seen and spoken to have been very friendly, caring and helpful, much better than my previous Surgery, I feel listened to and believed at last. The locum Dr's I've spoken to gave me false information and didn't update my medical records, in one instance it delayed important treatment by 12 weeks.
It's difficult to get an appointment here, they play that "2 weeks time or 8am phone lottery" game. I suspect they are over subscribed, like all surgeries these days.
Some of the Admin staff are rude, are they trained to be like that?

I have only been a patient at Charter Medical Centre since December 2020 and already feel more listened to and validated as a patient than at any other practice I have been registered at.
I think a lot of people can identify with the issue of feeling like the doctors are not really listening to what you are describing or perhaps you feel like not enough is done to get to the bottoms of your symptoms. Maybe you desperately feel as though you need to see an expert, but your doctor is simply not referring you to anyone, after your blood tests all come back fine.
It's definitely something I have

I joined Charter on the recommendation of a friend, after initially trying to register at Trinity Medical centre. (I had filled out the form and handed it in at Trinity reception, also emailed them and called repeatedly over weeks, waited on hold for hours and hours and never managed to get through. Appalling service, and very stressful if you are feeling unwell or desperately need a repeat prescription after moving to the area, and are unable to get one. Zero stars for Trinity Medical Centre! :(
Charter have been the complete opposite! They have an extremely helpful automatic call back system

I recently switched to this doctors practice and I have nothing but positive words to say. The receptionist is lovely (had a bad experience with previous) and Dr Arcari is just a true blessing. Absolutely superb, I have never in my whole life felt so comfortable with a doctor.
The online booking system (SystmOnline) is super easy to use and I always manage to get an appointment.
High recommend.
