Very helpful, highly skilled and friendly! I came here for an issue with my cooker and they fixed it very quickly. Since it didn't take time, they didn't even charge me for it. I highly recommend going here if you have an issue with kitchen appliances, washers and sorts. Sergei was fantastic.

Service call means that techician comes over to your place for the diagnostics and estimate. If technician didn't even open the applince, but gave you the quote, you will have to pay the service call fee. If you have plumbing or electricity issues (which requires different type of licence), our technician won't be able to help you and will reffer you to the plumber or electirician.
Every time you repair with Sunny Appliance, we back up our services with a 6-months warranty on parts and labor (If no parts have been replaced, warranty period may vary). In some cases when the same problem reoccurs we will provide complimentary service at your convenience. The manufacture warranty on parts depends on the brand and type of appliance and can be confirmed at the time of the repair upon your request.

Our heater had an issue for last few weeks. The heater and blower fan was switching on and off continuously without generating any heat. The professional from Sunny HVAC & appliance repair was very quick to diagnose the problem that it is an issue with the flame sensor. He gave a couple of quotes one for cleaning and one for potential replacement of flame sensor. The price of both were very reasonable.
He fixed the issue promptly on site and the heater started working right away without any issue.

We came to Sunny to help address our LG Washer violently shaking despite every leveling tactic we did. I paid them an exorbitant fee for what ended up being a simple problem. They lost 4 stars due to their ethics and loss of moral compass. I'll describe what they should have done below. Can they reliably fix appliances? I'm pretty sure, yes! Are they the most moral company out there? Based on this experience, no. And I publicly welcome a response from them to justify their morality.

I used Sunny HVAC & Appliance Repair and I am very satisfied with their service.
I had water leak in Fridge so contacted them. They sent technician who told me after visit that problem is fixed.
However, few days passed and water leak problem came back.
This is where Alex (owner) of company really showed his professionalism and excellent customer service.
Alex himself made few visits until problem was completely fixed.
He also did followup from his end and was very prompt to my phone calls and messages.
I really liked Alex's professionalism and follow up to ensure that customer's

I was charged for diagnostic 70$ fees a few months ago technician came to my house even he did not check the fridge with any tool . I saw a lot of ice coming in the freezer side he pushed some buttons and said need to replace the freezer side door he quoted me 375$ I was willing to pay I waited 2 weeks no response then they said can not find the part and they refused to refund then I found another company they replaced the thermostat my fridge started working fine it was a very small job sunny HVAC is a very dishonest company this company is fraud

My Kenmore fridge stopped working overnight and I was frantically calling repair companies all morning trying to find a technician to come as soon as possible before all my food spoiled. Sunny HVAC was one of the only places that repaired Samsung fridges and they were able to send a technician over within the hour. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and returned later that same day to install a new compressor. They sent us an invoice over text and email and the payment process was super easy. I'm very grateful for their quick and efficient service!

I've had a problem with our HVAC system for a few years, I tried to fix it with 3 other companies previously. Same story kept happening: they would make an appointment, HVAC service guy would show up, after quick diagnostic I've had no answer why my HVAC system works intermittently, and stops working usually after 2 pm, especially when it's very hot outside.
One guy told me that our AC compressor isn't working correctly, and I need to change it, another technician was claiming that I need to change the capacitor on my AC, I agreed but the same problem happened next day...

Paid them $70 to reset my dishwasher only to have it continue to have problems. Then they replaced the control board and sensor for $547, and it still had issues. The dishwasher cycles just keep restarting and never stop. The tech never would stay to confirm this and would just say it was fixed. They stopped replying to me via email.
Just call someone else. Waste of money.

I rarely write bad reviews but I genuine feel ripped off by this company. In January my sub-zero refrigerator stopped cooling. My mistake I didn't call an authorized repair center thinking they would be too expensive. The tech came out diagnosed my problem of being too low on refrigerant. I was charged around $1000 just to recharge it. May comes around my refrigerator stopped cooling again, they send out a tech, he looked at the refrigerator for a second. States I needed a new condenser and my previous repair warranty wouldn't cover it, they would email me next day with a quote. Weeks

Hire them at your own risk. When I had my laundry machine checked out, two men shook it a few times and said I needed a completely new one. This took about 2 minutes. Ok I pay the $70 home visit anyways.
Two months later they call me saying I have an unpaid invoice for the visit. First off, why would the workers leave without me paying?
