Extremely expensive, not a complete job and lifted several areas of paint off the pool deck. Came home to several areas of chipped paint on the pool deck. They didn’t have the professional courtesy to tell me they had basically destroyed the paint. I’ve had the lanai power washed before with no issues or damage.
Not only did they not do a good job, there were areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. They clearly just didn’t care.

Great job by Richard - no paint lost on pool deck or house and did not leave the job until we were satisfied. He removed all the green algae from screens and was careful with surrounding plants. Loved that he even rinsed the plants when he was done. The tired dirty house looks new again.
