Absolutely terrible bank, does not care about anything other than your money and has customer service that has no power and are very unhelpful. This bank has charged so many predatory fees to my account while I am financially struggling and refuses to do anything about it at all. They have even charged fees for payments that I have already paid using another bank. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional. This bank is the definition of highway robbery. Run the other direction if you see them.

Horrible company, for some reason they make it an issue at every turn for me to deposit money into my accounts or move money in my accounts to pay them. I sat after making a useless 30 min drive to put my paycheck (cash) into the ATM to deposit so I can use my card and account as intended for this round of bills due to issues with my other card needing reorder, and the ATM wont let me deposit even 100 in fresh 20s from it back into my Summit account. lo and behold is July 5th, apparently a new national holiday because they're all closed and that 24/7 customer service is also closed, so I have no

Lied about co-signer requirements. Was telling me I would need use one of my roommates to co-sign for an auto loan when I had a family member willing and capable of doing so. I consulted a few other people I know and another credit union if they have ever heard of reqiring the person co-signing to have to be part of your household. They never heard of such a thing. Clearly they just didn't want to give me the loan for some ambiguous reason. I can only speculate. Especially considering my credit score is at an excellent status and the only thing that held me back according to them were my student

MAJOR problems with their mortgage department. I attempted to contact Summit FCU mortgage department to resolve an issue with an automatic bill pay that didn't go through due to insufficient funds. On the Summit FCU website under contact us, their business hours are listed as M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. I attempted to call them at 8:40 am, and listened to an after hours recording letting me know that the office was now closed, and that business hours are M-F from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. My second and third attempts at 8:50 and 9:10 am produced the same results. I then called their general number and was
