Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I called for assistance and they were very abusive and demeaning. I was told that I had poor character by the guy who answers the phone. He never allowed me to fully explain why I was calling and then hung up in my face while I try to explain. Utterly rude. Do not use them for ANYTHING!

Prior to reaching out to Lance, me and my wife were burned out from the experience we had received from other fashion consultants. My wife had been trying to launch her own clothing line for the past three years and all we had received was empty promises and expensive poor quality results. A friend of mine connected me to Lance. Since meeting Lance, we've gained a better understanding on what is needed to launch our own product line while saving a lot of money on various development costs.
