Services
The mission of Wellington Place of Rib Mountain and Wisconsin Illinois Senior Housing Inc., is to serve elderly and disabled individuals by providing quality housing, healthcare and other services to enhance the lives of those we serve. As a 501c3 non-profit our main goal is service, not making a profit.
At Wellington Place at Rib Mountain, we consider our job to be an honor and privilege to care for your loved ones. We are dedicated to excellence in the care on our residents. We are committed to providing a safe, home-like environment. I have been an administrator at Wellington Place since 2003. I started my career caring for those with special needs.
To provide the best care and convenience to our residents, we offer in-home healthcare at Wellington Place through our sister company, Transitions At Home, although residents are encouraged to use the home health agency of their choice. Transitions provides medical care and rehab therapy using licensed RNs and therapists, and home health aides.
Join our team of caregivers who've discovered the rewards of a healthcare career in senior care. RAs and CNAs are in demand. We offer competitive salaries and benefits, plus the reward of knowing at the end of each day, you've helped someone have greater quality of life. Certified nursing assistants (CNAs) take a short course, often given by the American Red Cross or a community college.
Your tax-deductible gift helps support our mission to serve seniors and their families during times of big life changes. We believe everyone deserves quality care, but many seniors and their families struggle to pay for the high cost of assisted living. We accept Medicaid but reimbursement doesn't cover the cost of care.

There is not one bad thing I can say. They cared for my family like I would have liked to been able to. I went to see many different places when looking to place my loved ones in care outside the home, this one won. Small enough to be personable, they truly get to know their residents. I had family staying with them for almost 2 yrs, never once did I have a complaint. Rooms are large compared to most others I looked at. The cook is wonderful and treats residents with special love.
