My son encountered a very difficult accusation followed by a very lengthy period of time prior to the trial date. Mr. Shaffer was very professional, informative, approachable and attentive to myself and my deep concerns for my son's future. The information concerning the trial progressed during this time and changed the direction of the defense. Mr. Shaffer's knowledge of the legal system was of extreme value.
