Working with Brent from Tri State Transportation for our wedding was a great experience! Brent really helped us figure out what transportation options made the most sense for our day. Everything was perfectly on time and many of our guests commented how nice the drivers were and how the return shuttle driver made a final trip back to our venue after the last scheduled time just to make sure everyone had made it on. We are so glad that we chose Tri State Transportation to manage the shuttles for our wedding weekend. From planning to execution, Brent and his team were professional, flexible, responsive, and experienced. They ensured the safety of our guests within the timeline we developed, even with multiple pick up and drop off locations. The drivers were thorough and made sure that everyone was accounted for. I have one name to start this review, Brent. Brent, for those of you who don’t know is a long time employee of the family owned and operated Tri State Transportation, and he is the singular reason I did not end up in a very bad situation, stuck on the side of Route 4 as it was getting dark.
COVID may have decimated the staffing of this successful company, and I did reach a voicemail on my first call, but Brent took the initiative to read caller ID and call me back. He then went the extra mile to request to the company owners he leave to pick me up, knowing I was in a precarious situation.

I had my wedding at the Mountain Top Inn and needed transportation from the Best Western. All of my guests were transported on time with great service from Brent! He was very responsive and friendly. My day went much smoother knowing I had transportation for my guests. I have already recommended this to a few of my friends who are getting married next summer. Thank you Brent!
