I've been seeing Mallory for years now to get my hair cut. She listens to my ideas, respectfully offers her professional input and then delivers on exactly what we discussed. The result is always beautiful and leaves me with a style that is low maintenance and grows out wonderfully (something that's important to me).
Everyone who works here is kind, genuine and so very talented at what they do. It is such a nice salon

I have been going to Mallory at Craft House Salon since they opened and I cannot say enough good things about her & the whole team. Everyone is kind, friendly, extremely talented, knowledgable, and down to earth. The vibes are always so chill, laid back and welcoming; their commitment to green products and sustainability is very refreshing. There is no one else I would trust my tresses with.

Having recently moved to the area I was faced with the terrifying prospect of finding a new salon and more importantly the right colorist. YIKES!
My worries and fears have been addressed by the skillful artistry of Dana at Craft House! She is a true talent and her calm demeanor, patience and ability to understand my convoluted requests made me feel so welcome from the first visit. They say that they listen to their customers and they were true to their word. I’ve had the same woman cut my hair for decades and have been unsuccessful finding somebody locally since I moved away from where I used to live.Nicole was fabulous. She really listened to what I wanted. She was so excited to cut my hair and has an adorable personality. I no longer have to drive over an hour and a half to get my haircut and can get it cut right in my own hometown. Very happy and satisfied.

Everything about place is fantastic. The people, the services, the vibe, the plants….I love it all. I’ve been getting haircuts from both Mallory and Allie for years and they always take the time to listen and make sure that they deliver exactly what you want! Mallory gave me the perfect cut today and aside from being a whiz with the scissors, she is a great person and we had a blast. Allie, Mallory and the rest of the staff are top notch. Highly recommend this salon!

Nicole did an amazing job with my cut and color. She gave me a great cut that works well for wearing my hair both curly and straight. The color came out vibrant and natural which can be tricky with red. Loved the atmosphere and vibe the salon filled with plants and fine art. They also carry high quality products that are good for your hair health as well as sustainable.

I had an appointment on September 5th with Rachel. She was wonderful. I told her how I wanted my color to go and she was completely honest with me on how it can work and how it can't. I completely trusted her and I am so glad I did. She took the time to explain to me and made a wonderful multi-dimensional mushroom color for me! I would definitely return to Rachel for my color needs. I highly recommend.

Mallory has been cutting my hair on and off for the past 12 years. I have always lived about an hour from her salons but her cuts are totally worth the drive. She takes the time to understand how your hair naturally falls and always gives a complex cut that grows out beautifully. I was so happy to see that she has opened her own salon which is thoughtfully decorated with rotating artist works. Highly recommended.

After recently moving to Atlantic Highlands from Brooklyn, I was nervous about finding a new place to get my hair cut. Mallory, the owner of the salon, erased any doubt. To be honest, she did a better job than anyone who cut my hair in Brooklyn! My hair is thin and wavy, and she cut it in a way that I don't have to do much and it still looks good. Not only that, it went from just being this frizzy mess to actually looking curly. In short, she is very good at cutting layers and accentuating waves and curls.

Great Salon! I'm moving from the city to Highlands and I decided to try this Salon for some highlights and a cut, finding a good hairstylist can be painstaking however I was lucky enough to find this place in Atlantic Highlands steps away from the ferry, Liz was great she did exactly what I wanted with the color and cut and I've already received so many compliments on and its only been a day since sporting my new sunkissed locks and cut ! I had the best haircut by Sarah! I was her model. She listened to what kind of cut I wanted gave me some options on what needed to be done for a healthy cut and at the end made me feel really happy with my haircut for someone who only goes three times a year.

She had her counselors who double checked things before she went onto the next step which made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Sarah ! Her skills are improving day by day keep up the good excellence !!

I took the drive out to this salon today and I couldn't be happier. I went here for a wash and blowout. Upon entering the salon I was greeted by members of the staff and asked if I was interested in a cup of coffee or water. I said water and they added cucumbers which is my favorite.
