This is the worst experience I have ever had with a florist! The original arrangement was delivered to a friend in hospice and looked nothing like the photo representing the product. A replacement was sent that looked better, however, nearly all of the flowered wilted and died after two days. Owner refused to give a refund, or offer any compensation. She told me to never use them again. Horrible customer service and was very rude to my friend when they called and even sent them photos of the dead flowers as proof. The owner denied the flowers were dying and said they would do nothing about it.

Ordered flowers online 2 days before Valentine’s Day with specific instructions called the day of delivery to find out if I was going to get an email confirmation lady stated I would. Called 1 hr later to verify my order # lady stated she couldn’t not give me any details as to if they were still in store or out for delivery! Did not deliver flowers being held at the front office due to them not specifically saying it was for someone who worked there. Once I called them highly upset you can here another lady in the background saying “tell her we are very busy” Overall never ordering here

They provided the flowers for my mother's funeral Jan 2017 and they were beautiful. I ordered fresh flowers to be put on her grave when the headstone arrived, and they found the site and placed them there. They go above and beyond when they can with beautiful arrangements. Today I ordered a long lasting silk bouquet to be placed on her grave for Mother's day and as busy as they are, they accommodate me. Love you all so much, God bless you for all you do in going out of your way to make sure your customers get beautiful flowers, and caring, courteous customer service.

It's difficult to know you are ordering fresh flowers from florists in other towns. I just picked one and hoped for the best! I spent 75.00 on a large assorted plant arrangement so the family could take it home. This florist was very helpful on the phone because I had no idea what to get for a funeral. I am told they were fresh and beautiful! If you need a florist in Jesup, GA, you can feel confident ordering here.

The worst service I have ever experience. We used their services for my Aunts funeral, and over half the flowers where delivered to the wrong place. In the middle of the funeral service the flowers where delivered in boxes to the hallway. When ever we asked for the money back, they informed us that they where not responsible for delivering the flowers to the correct room and no, they will not give use the money back. If you want flowers don't use this place.
